What's happening...?

Right now I am producing music on my own. Experimenting in different styles but mainly liquid drum and bass and trip/hop.

I am finding a lot of inspiration from artists like Bonobo and Emancipator when writing these songs.

I want the music I create to have a point and maybe even make people think. The current state of affairs in the world is something I feel very strongly about and so I try and include my thoughts about it in my songs.

Zeitgeist II

I believe Rock music can communicate messages and philosophies like nothing else.
And so my goal is to be the singer of a band again, regularly writing and performing rock music.

What's happened...?

I have been a musician and a singer since the age of 14. This is when I formed my band which eventually came to be known as SEX:RADIO. I was the lead singer in this band for 4 years, in which time we achieved a lot of success. Taking a gap year after college to make a full time commitment to the band we recorded and released two E.Ps and played over 50 gigs including a U.K tour. The band gained a huge amount of fans in the Altrincham and Manchester area and so we were headlining sold out gigs and supporting big bands. Unfortunately the band split in 2009. This, however is where I really gained all my musical experience and knowledge.

After these events I continued to persue a music career and began to produce my own songs using logic in order to keep writing and studying music.

In 2010 I came across a job as an entertainer in the best entertainment venue on the island of Sal, in the cape verde. The job entailed 2 shows per week and P.R work. I had to perform a variety of different songs in each show from Roy Orbison to Queen. After 5 months on Sal I left to come here at L.I.P.A university hoping to form a band and learn a shit load about music.
